What is in the box?
When you receive your Balanzza digital luggage scale you will find the scale itself, the batteries that the scale requires, which have a plastic strip on them that must be removed in order to activate them and finally the instructions, which in our opinion are slightly lengthy but don't worry because they really are extremely simple to use without any instruction at all.
Reading the weight
Some portable luggage scales are notoriously difficult to read because it has to be done whilst the luggage is being lifted, however, when you lift the Balanzza scales all you have to do is wait for a beep, (approximately 3 seconds) put the bag down, read the digital display, which shows the weight of your luggage when you heard the beat to within 0.1 - 0.2kg.
Return on Investement
Whether you are a regular air traveller or maybe just on the ocassional holiday the return that you will see on this investment is in the form of the money that you will save at the airport with the airlines constantly trying to increase their revenue with extra charges, such as the excess baggage charge, which does vary but is always a substantial amount, especially when the charge is per kg.
Reduces Stress and Embarrassnent
Getting through the airport is never the easiest part of any journey and can often be quite stressful but portable luggage scales can at least reduce the worry when your luggage is being weighed and you will not feel the embarrassment of holding up other passengers by trying to reduce the weight by removing items.
